Quoted £95 for the repair to 1 item which I agreed to and told them not to fix the second as I would return with my tools to fix (was a simple case of securing an earth). Once I arrived with my tools 30 mins later, they had fixed the item I told them not too and were just about to start on the second. The work took longer than expected and then I was greeted with a bill of just over £180 for the work on both items (despite telling them not to do some of the work) I put my view across to the staff member on reception (possibly manager) who was fairly rude and aggressive in his response. The work done was to a reasonable standard but I will not be returning.

All aspects of the service were explained to me, and I was asked whether any additional work needed to be brought to their attention. A confirmation email was received following my booking. The excellent 5 star customer service continued when it came to the day of the service. A phone call was made to me to inform me of the additional work that needed to be carried out, asking for my permission for this to be done after dropping my car off. They then telephoned me to let me know my car was ready for collection. When it came to collecting my car a breakdown of the work carried out was given, including future work that required to be carried out was explained to me fully. A visual health check document was given, so I could clearly identify what work and checks had been done on the car. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this garage again, and would recommend to friends and family.

Dealer called BSM in Lichfield to get the codes for computer as I didn't have the service book with me, we were told it was not possible to get them from my file as it would take too long! Girl on phone was rude and abrupt. Then ended up speaking to sales manager as service manager was out, only to be told he could do nothing and stated that I had not purchased the car from them. As a female we have all heard horror stories of mechanics seeing pound signs...not here. I never felt pressured or as if I was being talked down to! The lads were honest and open and so chatty that I felt comfortable. (Sadly I think most women have felt intimidated at garages). The job was quickly and professionally done and a very good price. I then discovered that they do services too so I booked that in for next week. You won't find anything better or more authentic than these. To me, the garage owner is like a guardian angel. They are really honest and very competent; if they wish, they could be charging me thousands since I've already told them everything--where I took my car, troubles, etc.--but since they are very genuine, they only charged me a few hundred, which included fitting a new battery and fixing my car.
