I asked for relevant feedback regarding this Center's practices. After I filed the grievance, the counselor still pursued to contact me. I advised the clinical director of how I felt more traumatized from my experience with the counselor than when I first sought the help. I am still awaiting a formal written response in response to my well thought out letter. I do not wish to discuss over the phone. Folks, a paper trial is always best. I would not recommend this practice to anyone I feel that my mental health was further harmed and I urge people to entrust their trauma experiences with another, ethical provider.
