When I called to schedule they were able to set an appointment very quickly. Spencer and Mark both came out and were very thorough. For the general inspection Spencer looked over the house from top to bottom. Because the home has well and septic Mark concentrated on that. After a few hours we received the inspection report and Spencer sat down with us and went over it in detail. After the inspection was over the next few days we were provided with the 360 degree tour and a floor plan of the house which has really come in handy.
