Leta Brownscombe is a multi-unit housing complex that consists of 80 units, both apartments and townhomes. There are 3 large parking lots, as well as a roadway and large cobblestone area that leads up to the parking lot. Leta Brownscombe has been having sweeping done for several years, and Quality Care far exceeds its competition! Quality Care provided us with a quotation within a very tight timeline and were able to schedule us within a very reasonably time, after the quotation was approved. Their price was very reasonable and we found them very professional to deal with. They were very flexible and accommodating while we were working on getting vehicles removed from the parking lots and they worked well after 5pm to ensure the job was completed. While Quality Care was on site, they noticed a area of fencing that had been damaged in the storm in May and offered to provide a quotation to install new posts, and re-install the fence panels, as well as discussed the other services they offer. We will 100% use Quality Care in the future, not only for sweeping, but for a variety of other large scale jobs needed in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
