Wife called the shop to see if they had any suggestions on how to perk them up. They said that they would send out some new ones the next day. The next day they sent an entirely new arrangement. What a surprise! Has to be difficult keeping flowers fresh especially when out delivering in mass for a day like Mother's Day. To go above and beyond with an entire new arrangement was way more than we could have expected. Dawn's will certainly get more of our business!

After taking my…read moremoney and confirming the order, they contacted me later in the day to say the delivery was "too far" and canceled it. They refunded me, but they didn't care at all about the inconvenience or the fact that this ruined a time‑sensitive, special occasion. This was unprofessional and completely avoidable. If they couldn't deliver to my area, they should have said so before accepting the order and payment. I won't be using them again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else waste their time or money either.

We loved working with Laurel, she did an amazing job on the floral arrangements for our wedding -…read morethey were breathtaking! She's so easy to work with and the type of florist who can help guide you to figure out what you want, which was great because I know nothing about flowers! Truly an artist :) She totally nailed the style we wanted with barely any input on our end -- she's that good! The centerpieces were gorgeous, the bouquets were perfect, the arbor for the ceremony was amazing, and the statement pieces she designed for the entrance of our tent really just pulled everything together. She also did two gorgeous bouquets for my husband to give to both our mothers on the day of the wedding. Laurel is an amazing florist, and you will not be disappointed if you choose her for your wedding!

I asked Marion, the owner, if she would put together something special and grand for me. Not only did she offer to go shopping, she did it on Tuesday when she is normally closed, and she also offered to deliver it on Tuesday--outside the time she would normally deliver. I had mentioned my friend loves baskets, so she purchased a basket with a removable handle so the plants/flowers could also be hung. She called my friend to make sure she would be home for the delivery, but, as my friend was out, she went to pick them up. She loved the little pink house and exclaimed that the arrangement was absolutely beautiful and grand. Alas, she is going out of town for two weeks next week, and Marion offered to babysit the arrangement until her return to ensure they lived! Marion is a wonderful person and a smart businesswoman not to mention a gifted florist! I would definitely use her again and urge all of you to do so. In fact, if there were more than 5 stars, I would give them to her. Jennifer

This business will take your money and give you a cheap version. One side didn't ever have flowers on it. My elderly parents would never complain but I contacted them and obviously if this florist wouldn't give them the arrangement I paid a lot for, I asked for compensation. I don't need the money but it's wrong to charge for what they did and sub cheaper flowers, less of them then the picture you are basing your order on and and then be met with a hostile response. That hostility speaks volumes of their lack of professionalism. Customer service - F, professionalism- F, product quality matching picture of what I purchased- F.
