We purchased a refrigerator from AF on December 23 with promised delivery on December 24.. It was not delivered. We received no phone call, nor any communication from American Freight. My husband returned the day after Christmas. We were once again promised delivery and told our information had been submitted to the "delivery company" One Rail. However, when we called the delivery company to follow up, we were advised that our delivery had never been scheduled by AF. That it had been cancelled because they didn't have a hook up kit. My husband returned to AF and explained what the delivery company said. This time, my husband asked the rep at AF to remove the hook up and reschedule the delivery. That we would take care of the hook up ourselves. At this time, the rep rescheduled the delivery and promised a date which again was missed. Frustrated, we called the delivery company again Only to be told that we were NOT scheduled. While I have tried to reach Several times at AF, it has been to no avail. I have Niall filed a dispute with my bank to have the funds refunded.. I will never recommend American Freight to anyone.

She took our credit card printed up the receipt and we were out in 15 minutes. White glove delivery, set up & take away are provided for an additional $79. We had a window between noon and 2 o'clock, the delivery came 20 minutes early. The two delivery men were in and out in less than five minutes. They set up the bed perfectly, would need efficient and took all the garbage away with them. City mattress wasn't the cheapest, but they did an excellent job. It truly was an easy, fast & professional purchasing delivering and installing two new boxsprings on a king size bed.
