Wendy so friendly, sweet and super accommodating while Dave gave you the motivation you needed and pushed you to your limits in the gym and was one of the most amazing chefs I've ever experienced. I have never had healthy clean eating food taste so good! I came here packing on weight having been not going to the gym in months, eating junk food and drinking almost every day. I weighed in at 181 day one and by day 5, I was 164 and lost 5% body fat. I loved the daily colonics they had us do, I really feel it helps. Once you get past the first couple days of only eating bone brother and algae juice, you get a second wind. We did 4-8 mile hikes twice a day in addition to our daily weight training, ABs and yoga.
