I had just moved into the city and this was my first experience with day care of 5 children and this was by far the best experience and my child loves them and misses them dearly! Teachers here are really nice and creative(Before our leaving, her teacher asked us if we want to have our daughter's picture. They picked all her picture out and put in a USB key for us. You can image how much extra effort they did). Ratio are very good. And compare to CA. This school does not have those winter break, spring break or summer break(Certainly this is quite common in NH). Classroom and playground are quite spacious and clean. And they have a big gym for rainy day and other activities. Although they don't have lots field trip for toddler and preschool(they do go around campus, and visit fire station and police station from time to time), they do invite others to come to perform. They have story teller, dancer, pet show... And they offers lots fun based curriculum. I missed this school very much

So, last years first grader that will obviously need the same services as this years second grader needs to go through the full application and approval process all over again. This year they created a deadline for signups and if you didn't make that deadline, they just put those applications in a pool and "will get to them at some point in the future." That doesn't cut it for me, my kid is the same kid she was last year, I sent in her updated medical form and new application, and to be told it will be some time in the future that you can start accepting my kid for before school care is ridiculous. If you are going to make me find a different solution to her before school care, it's not going to be temporary! Your administration processes are inefficient and they are inconvenient and in some cases, prohibitive to your customers.

With out us parents she wouldn't have a business in the 1st place. She provides a safe, nurturing and fun place for the children to grow and learn. The owner see's more than we do as parents but if you bring an issue to her attention right away, she's right there on top of it and makes any necessary changes. Having teachers come and go is not always ideal, but it makes me feel better to know that my child is being treated with the upmost respect. I've had the opportunity to witness teachers act one way in front of parents and the owner, but then totally different when they don't think anyone is watching!! I'm grateful RainbowLand has an open door policy! Just because someone has an "educated degree" - doesn't mean they are above everybody else. The state does require education but experience is also very important. As is the nature motherly or fatherly instinct. Things are different in the real world than that they are of a lab school setting!! I would recommend RainbowLand to anyone! They go out of their way to make everyone feel welcomed and a part of a family. I wouldn't have my children any place else!!
