They never can manage to keep information straight, never can keep things updated and are rude. It took me 4 times to successfully change my address and billing information and they still got it wrong. I love being able to support a local, family owned business - and it's great that the business is still going strong for so many decades, this is the only place I trust to handle my personal tax returns and small business. Their employee base has been with the company for decades as well, says something about the amazing culture they have in their office! (Shout out to Carol!)
