After sending the deposit, I raised concerns about the puppy's eyes. In every photo, they appeared misaligned or hidden. More than half the time I couldn't see both eyes at the same time The puppy's tongue constantly stuck out, even at 9 weeks old, which can be a sign of underlying developmental or neurological issues. I asked for clearer photos and about the dog's health, it took persistent follow-up just to get partial answers. Rather than being transparent, Brandi kept deflecting or trying to push me toward a different litter instead of acknowledging what was visibly wrong with the dog I already paid toward. That alone was a huge red flag. On top of that, I paid extra for Good Dog's "deposit protection" thinking I'd be covered, but they refused to refund me, even though I had asked them to look into the dog's health concerns since the breeder was dodging accountability. So beware, Good Dog is not nearly as secure or trustworthy as they claim. I do not recommend this breeder. She was not transparent, not responsive, and avoided giving straightforward answers when health concerns were raised. If you're looking for a healthy puppy from someone you can trust, do your homework and look elsewhere. Don't rely on platforms like Good Dog alone. Research the breeder yourself.

She listened to all of my concerns answered all of my questions. I made the appointment and I'm so glad I did. It's a beautiful salon located in a resorted Victorian home. The groomers are incredibly professional and my boy loves going for his regular appointments at SBB. The regular updates were so nice, and look at these pictures she was able to get of him. When I picked him up she was sure to go over the commands, markers, and order so that I was comfortable working with him at home. I have to admit, it took me time to catch up to Theo.
