And the windows that did get replaced didn't all get wrapped like they were suppose to. Scott Warners crew is waiting for the weather to be good to change out the final window and skylight. I am not sure what they consider the last 6 weeks of weather to be. Mind you they changed out all the other windows in December. I am not sure I would recommend them for a job. THANKFULLY they have not been paid for all the work as they didn't finish the job.

The last few times I've been to this location, the store has been dirty. The floors are scuffed up, unpacked pallets of boxes are blocking paths, pet hair and dirt accumulate along the edges of displays and registers. The last time I used the bathroom, it was so dirty I ended up going to TJ Maxx next doors instead. It seems that this location is seriously understaffed so staff are not able to do the cleaning and stocking as needed. I've also seen and heard many concerning things passing by their dog training area. Just one example, one time a reactive GSD was set up next to the front doors (NOT in the little training area!) to be rewarded / corrected when other dogs enter and had to pass him. That's not okay. Someone shopping with their pet shouldn't be forced to be a training dummy where their pet might be attacked.

With the roof leaking I would have thought that would have been the priority project, instead the owner started on the siding and windows. we were told he would be back to finish in the spring of 22. Upon contacting Fred, we were told that we had to find someone else to complete the roof as he had dropped his insurance for roofing. This was quite the surprise to us, and we continued to deal with a leaking roof. Last year the roof was completed by another contractor. The siding still hasn't been finished, windows are not installed properly not caulked and sealed. shoddy workmanship was filled with a can of great stuff. so here it is 3 years the windows leak, and absolutely nothing has been done about it. I strongly caution you against using this contractor. If you do hire him, make sure it is something very rudimentary and quick, or you will be stuck like we are.

They have lots of limited edition foods, like on my last visit I saw Banana Creme Frosted Flakes, and special flavoured Oreos. It can be a bit messy in there, but hey it's a bargain outlet, so don't expect a shopping experience like you're going to a Williams-Sonoma, lol.
