I had the opportunity to stay at this property for 3 days. It is managed by Ellen Kristensen and Niels Kolind, both of whom are very friendly and easy to work with. The property is clean and well-maintained and is located in a residential area. The property has a bedroom, living room, bath, and a small kitchen. There is also a small outside garden patio that is rather pleasant. Modern conveniences such as reliable (and free) wireless internet access (secured) in addition to a flat screen TV with cable service are included with the daily rate. If you are renting a car, there is covered parking that you could use. In addition to the queen-sized bed in the bedroom, there is also a sleep sofa in the living room. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Randers area. The only down size is that it is not located downtown.
