There's a 24 hour cafe located at the lobby, which is convenient if you ever need caffeine or some sweet treats during inconvenient hours. The rooms are a nice size, pretty standard and their bathrooms are ok. Now here's where my complaints start. It took a long time for us to check in since the room that was booked for us was still occupied since this hotel allows late checkouts, which much to our chagrin meant we had to wait a couple of HOURS until we can settle into our rooms. When we finally got to our rooms, we discovered that it was stuffy and dusty-- like I found dust under the pillows and the covers near the end of the bed was kind of sticky. Then, after a long day and wait, a hotel employee knocks on our door and says they needed to fix our bathroom doorknob. It was so noisy and it made our room more dusty, we couldn't take a quick nap before exploring Baguio. To make it worse we couldn't even use our own bathroom and we had to walk all the way to the other side of the hotel floor to our other family's room to pee. Our view was also pretty bad, on two sides I had a nice view of the wall, fortunately it had flowers. The other side was our neighbor's balcony. When we complained to the front desk, they gave us an even worse alternative just so we choose to stay in the room we already have so they don't have to "clean" the room when we leave. Other than the quality of the rooms, the hotel staff was pleasant and their common areas were very nice.
