He came out on his day off, made several phone calls and had the right people out there within hours to fix the break. Talk about a great team! Called LG&E and had us back on before the sun went down. I can't even begin to say how awesome they all did. On top of everything, the price was 100% fair, not some crazy overpriced amount. I called after-hours, thinking I'd get voicemail and leave a message and wait for a call back, but to my surprise, someone picked up who, despite it being late, took my call politely and professionally. He asked me to text details so he could send someone out the next day, so I did. Then, first thing the next morning, I get a call that someone is on their way. I also needed some wiring fixed in another room, so I asked about that, and it was taken care of on the same visit. After a total of just an hour and a half, both things were completed and at a very reasonable price. I have a few other things on my list to take care of at some point in the future, and I'll definitely be calling these folks back.

They quoted me a very fair price to complete the repairs, and they actually got the job done a few days earlier then they quoted, and ended up doing more work then was included in the original quote, for the same price. The two techs worked exceptionally hard all day in a very hot attic, and went out of the way to ensure the system worked properly before they left (6:30 PM on a Friday evening).
