I will never buy from this place again I pick out a jeep and it was during the snow week that we had a couple of weeks ago ago I noticed a little bit of paint missing on the fender well I asked could they fix the issue where I'm giving them 19000 and all said and done with the bank it came out to a almost 27000 for this jeep they said no we will not fix that so I was like okay it's very small I can due it myself so I finally got to get this thing cleaned up about a couple days ago or so I noticed there was a lot of paint issues dents and the the outside window pieces on one side was broken in half and keep in mind the window piece wasn't cheap and got all the damage appraised by a loyal paint and body shop its gonna cost roughly almost 2500 dollars to have it fixed so then the messed up thing is I was driving it yesterday the check engine light comes on says o2 sensor so I take it back to them because I got a warranty on the vehicle figured it would be covered specially where I've only had it a couple of weeks and to make it right they would fix it no cost any other places would have where I've had it such a short time oh no they said I'll have to pay up to 500 dollars more likely to get it repaired but if it goes over 500 I won't have pay any more than the 500 plus tax the point is when iv had warranty on my vehicles I don't have to pay out of my pocket specifically if I only had it for a few weeks and not only they got me good on those damages I'll tell you what and I've bought quite a Few cars over the years and when other dealers that sell you car 19000 plus there ain't no problems or damages to all you other customers make sure you pay attention to what vehicle you are buying from them because specially there used selection they wont fix a thing they just what your money and it's sad because you got people like me that works two jobs to survive and can't afford things like this but like I said I will never buy from here again read more

Took car in for service, car was sputtering and stalling. After 4 days got estimate for repairs of timing chain replacement. Cost $1800.00 to finish repairs. Drove card one day lost all of the oil and blew front seal, this is very strange since the car had never had any issues using oil. After they came and picked the car up I was informed that I would have to replace the engine which would cost me another $4,000.00 which was the discount price. They denied any responsibility. Wanted to test drive a truck but it had a low tire when I got in. They said they would get air in it no problem then I could test drive it.They then went on to try to talk my fiancé into buying a car for over an hour and didn't even attempt to fill the truck tire with air to do the test drive. I asked about it multiple times and they blew it off every time. Very disappointed I didn't get the drive the truck because it was exactly what I was looking for. read more

I requested a quote online for a 2022 GMC Acadia AT4. I received a quick response from Lauren Samples for $46,590. I called her & let her know we wanted to move forward with the deal. I then got a call from a salesman named Michael Eareheart. He said there is a bump up & the vehicle is $50,585 & Lauren isn't supposed to be quoting prices. He was extremely rude & unprofessional. When I told him we had the online quote for $46,590 that was good for 7 days he said you can't find these vehicles & if you could you wouldn't be calling me. I said surely that's not how they do business & he said I can modify that quote to anything I want at any time. I asked him if he was a sales manager & he said no I'm just an Indian who works here. We were really looking forward to driving our 2nd brand new GM that we've purchased in the last year on this holiday weekend. Everything went pleasantly and smoothly. The salesman, Jim Bygre, was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. The only problem I had was a bit of misunderstanding concerning adding Auto-Start and Running boards to my new vehicle. I traded in a 2011 Silverado 1500 LT with Autostart and Running boards and a lot more interior luxury than the 2017 GMC I purchased. The dealership offered to add auto-start to the vehicle and then came back and said they couldn't find it in the catalog but they would put running boards on it. The evening that I got home and registered at mygmc.com, in the accessories section I saw auto-start offered for my vehicle. A Sales Manager falsified the information regarding the miles on the vehicle prior to my purchase. He stated miles were only destination to destination when in fact there were no such destination miles. The vehicle arrived on their lot with just 1 mile. So we brought our 2011 Acadia in for it's second oil change since we got it. We drive an hour and 40 minutes to do this, since it is required that we get it changed at this specific dealership in order to keep the warranty. Of course, this is not a desirable thing. For this reason alone, I will not buy another vehicle here. Anyways, last time we came in they said everything was fine. This time, they say it needs 2 front struts, a ball joint, and a battery. Ridiculous! Of course, I didn't get the thousand dollars in repairs done because I work on my vehicles myself and dealers are way overpriced. It is just amazing that all of this bad in such a short period of time. Not to mention, the air conditioner doesn't work most of the time anymore.
