The old super was ok, but Victor works hard and really cares. The manager is also doing a good job. They made the building safer by stopping the people who were doing smoking and selling drugs in the laundry room and in front of the building. He put up a gate and cameras and improved the security and now it feels safe to live here. I also like that they are part of the neighborhood. Victor helped the school kids paint the Joker stairs next to the building. It was really nice to see them encourage and be part. This is a good company. They care about the building and the people who live here.

This company is dishonest. When I was viewing the place, I asked about problems with rats and the building Super said "maybe once or twice in the last 30 years. We've rarely had rodent problems". What I learned after moving in is that there's a sign-up sheet at the front desk because the exterminator comes every 2 weeks on Wednesday. Isn't there a law against blatantly lying about something like that? Oh yeah, it could be considered fraud. I caught so many mice while living here I lost count. I attached a picture of a glue trap with 3 dead mice on it alone, as well as a living mouse caught near my stove. These are just a few of the examples. We live in a pandemic world - as a renter, you've got a chance to get a good deal on an apartment in the city. Please go anywhere but here - you don't want to deal with these rodents.

They are not responsive during the day either. My heat is broken. My apartment is in the nineties and I have no means to shut off the heat. They fixed this after I begged and pleaded for 58 days and did not get it fixed until I wrote them a letter indicating I would be hiring a repairman and deducting the cost out of the following month's rent. Seven days later my heat is again in the nineties and I will have to sleep with the windows open. Last time I did that I got very sick. RUN away from any apartment complex that they manage

From the time we first stepped in the front door, our Realtor, Patricia Murphy, of Village Plaza Realty, was a fountain of knowledge and information not only in regard to the home itself but also in regard to the surrounding area. She was able to answer ANY and ALL of our questions efficiently and in a timely manner not only throughout the home buying process, but even now, three weeks after our closing, should any new questions arise. "Buyers" were never qualified, she told me the loan went through and to "pack up and leave". I trusted her and moved out of my house and bought another home....turns out they were never qualified and couldn't get a loan. She strung this story along for over 9 MONTHS! She even worked a deal out, with getting cash "under the table", so she could make more money on the commission. In the end, I lost everything, both houses and all my money. She told me she would watch my home in NY, (I moved out of state). Pipes burst, black mold grew in the basement from the water damage, that totally destroyed it, my home was destroyed and it never sold! I've reported her to the Real Estate Commissioner and so have others. She is shady, under handed and lies. She took advantage of my situation and my lack of knowledge about real estate, not to mention the trust of a "friendship". In hindsight, this was planned, as she will buy my house at the foreclosure auction...that's right, I'm losing my house, based on this lying realtor. Don't be her next victim. While I blame her 99%, I also blame myself for trusting the town drunk to ever handle my estate. Now she is laughing all the way to the bank, I'm facing being homeless.
