I am told once I get to mediation give us a call.... I called them 2 months ago after a charge/mediation had been submitted and Will said OK. I'll look it up and I hadn't heard anything since... I sent an email yesterday regarding the matter & received a phone call today telling me that I never sent an email and I never called... Upon me trying to explain that and repeating back verbatim what I was told by Will... He told me I was arguing and hung up on me... I said you are only as strongest link and if your intake specialist treats future clients this way, I can only imagine how the firm would be... What's even funnier is I was told four months ago I had found the right place and that they truly cared!! Edit: Went to call back again and asked if the line is being recorded while asking to speak to a manager or supervisor and Will told me NO and hung up on me!! I would like to add that Will had told me he was experiencing some health issues and I had given him some advice on bloodwork... But regardless of health issues this is not a way to treat possible future clients.... I'm just hoping someone reads this so the disconnect can be fixed, because no one wants to be treated like this when they are already experiencing unfair treatment etc.

Mr. Smith is on a ballot for family court judge election. We are still medically and financially impacted by Mr. Smith's sloppy preparation and piss poor performance in court. When I learned he was running for family court judge a wave of panic and disbelief consumed me. He has no business having that responsibility in a courtroom knowing first hand how serious my case was.
