On the first deck is where the buffet style dinner was available. We were served a wedge salad, dinner rolls and cornbread. For an entree and sides the choices were baked beans, corn, mashed potatoes, breaded catfish, grilled chicken thighs and smoked brisket. Ice water, lemonade and desserts were included. If you want an alcoholic drink the bar is on the middle deck. We truly enjoyed the magnificent views of the lake, mountains, Hoover dam and the sunset.

We were part of the 11 AM ride on a Saturday, and there were maybe 15 to 20 total passengers. Did…read morenot feel crowded at all. The boat ride itself is 90 minutes, and basically only takes you to Hoover Dam and back. It's not particularly fast, so it can feel like a leisure ride on the lake, with jet-skis zooming around. The boat itself is three tiered, with open seating on the very top level. They put out some plastic chairs for you to sit on as well on that top level. It can be super hot in the summer, so there were not too many people on the third deck. The second level is indoor with air-conditioning and plenty of tables with seating. That's where you can also purchase food and drinks. Nevada locals cost $30, while normal tickets cost $40. Kids are $25. I think for the locals the price is pretty reasonable, and 90 minutes was a good ride to see the dam from a different point of view, and also get out on the water. Heads up, you do have to pay the national park recreation fee to get to the cruise, which is covered by the America the Beautiful Annual Pass if you have that. Overall, nice way to get out on the lake and see the water levels drop from a different perspective. Air-conditioning was nice, and I'm sure it's nice to sit out on the open top deck during cooler days.

The sunrise was breath taking and the fish were literally boiling on top of the water at day break, our catch that day was 25 fish. we were given the option of releasing them or taking them home Captain Jim filets the fish for you at the fish cleaner bags them for you and BOOM you have dinner. She answered all my questions promptly. I was a tad apprehensive as I've stayed in a covered wagon...and vowed to never do it again...buuuuut the family thought it'd be a fun adventure...so here we are- and I'm soooooo glad I did it!!!! The reviews don't lie. It's a true getaway from the hustle of daily life. We stayed in the tiny house, my mom stayed in the aero stream, my brother and his family stayed in the covered wagon. We had THE BEST time. Drove right up to our sites no problem. Just follow the signs at the front. We came at night which made it a bit challenging-wouldn't recommend. All of the accommodations had heat and air conditioning- so we were all comfortable in the cold nights and warm days. Even the outhouse (which I was Leary about) has a full sized/regular toilet. We bought the 1 - 1/2 hour horseback ride and it was the highlight!!! All of the horses were gentle and super easy to navigate . My sister in law had never been on a horse and she had nooo problem . Frosty the guide is a GEM!!! Sooo sweet, fun and knowledgeable!! He truly made it a special ride.

I decided to cancel with refund and have confirmation from staff that i would get my refund within 10 business days. That was on February 24th. I called them on March 12th and let them know i didn't get my refund. I was told a manager would be with me within 48 hours and would get everything figured out. It is now April and I can no longer get in touch with anybody and still have not received my refund.

I told her be more professional, I'm tryna get to know the place... she SHUT THE HELL UP, after that. They're so used to telling ppl what to do, or talking at people, not today. Learn to train ur employees better with customer service. The park does have homeless ppl but they are in the cut, out the way. Thank GOD, I can run the trails. Anyways, looked like people rent out the rooms for dance classes or whatever they do. Nerds. Which isn't a problem. But dang, can't even give people a TOUR!? Rented the 2019 Forester A 32' for Burning Man 2019. Our group consisted of 5 adults. I can't say…read moreenough positive things about our vehicle and the service provided by Angie and her team. We rented a brand new vehicle with all the bells and whistles and more than enough room to accommodate our group. We could have easily accommodated another two adults and still had room in the common areas. Angie and her team provided a thorough walkthrough of the vehicle upon pickup and was available for communication and assistance throughout the rental period - just a call or text away. Angie was willing to meet me for the drop off and walk through inspection after hours to accommodate my travel schedule. We were able to ship items to the pickup location before our rental for convenience and she even shipped me a few personal items that were left behind by accident after our trip. I highly recommend renting from RV & Boat Rentals Las Vegas and will definitely be renting again in the future. Burning Man specific comments: Competitive pricing for a luxury RV being brought to Burning Man. A playa dust cleaning fee included in your rental agreement ensures you get your security deposit back assuming no other damage caused by driver(s). Angie provides several odds and ends such as painters tape, aluminum foil and floor covering to help combat the elements (heat and dust) you experience at Burning Man and help those living in the RV be as comfortable as possible. I have rented two other vehicles in the past (elsewhere) and nothing is better than renting a modern vehicle when you are going to Burning Man to ensure efficient gas / propone / water usage. Lastly, the fridge / freezer stay cold and the A/C actually pumps cold air throughout the entire vehicle - neither are things that you should take for granted when renting an RV.
