It was the first time being late due to having to air up a tire and being completely stood up the appointment prior. You can get a good haircut depending on who you choose here, but the customer service is lacking. Also be careful using the ATM machine here, I was charged more than one fee when I used it!

He not only cut off 3 inches of my hair but gapped me so bad that I had to have a friend of mine try and fix it.(she is cosmetologist) I posted a photo below. The barbershop is clean, inviting, and has a great vibe. There's very little wait time, the chairs are super comfortable, and the magazines are up to date. They even have small games available for customers to enjoy while they wait. In the heat of summer, the shop stays cool and comfortable, and in the cold of winter, it's warm and cozy. All the barbers are friendly, and the steady stream of regular customers says a lot about the quality of their work. Parking has never been an issue either, and they have handicapped parking available. Our barber, Raven Baker, is absolutely top-notch--both highly skilled and incredibly attentive. The haircuts she gave us were exactly what my brother Tim and I wanted. But beyond being a great barber, Raven is also wonderfully personable.
