I told this to the Server but, since then, I have received several letters from this law firm regarding this same BK. I have contacted this company twice now and was told it would take time to have my name removed from this suit; however, I continue to receive letters related to this case. Not only is responding to these letters both irritating and time consuming for me, but whoever the correct HOA is, is not getting the proper notifications. I don't know these people or this firm but the quality of work appears very sloppy. I will say that the people I've spoken to have all been very nice.
