I visited this business in December 2015, and this review is long overdue. Honestly these guys saved my life. I was driving from Montana home to San Diego and my tires were in such bad shape, they were vibrating. I should not have been on the road (idiot). It was the middle of winter and super late and I was panicked about finding a good place. I could probably cry just thinking about how amazing my experience was. When I pulled up it was cold and snowy and 2 of the guys met me out front and one of them even gave me his hot chocolate right out of his hand. He had just poured it from the gas station next door. They invited me and my 150 lb dog into their small shop where I was treated like family until they had replaced all 4 of my tires. I am not sure what these other bad reviews are about, but if I am ever in town again I will be swinging by to bring them lunch. :) read more

These people are tire crooks. Avoid this place and go somewhere else, any Canadian travelers steer clear. We bought tires from them and now have issues of tire separation and they will not answer our e-mails. Be leave the other negative posts as they are all true. read more

Stopped for fuel when a worker from Beaver Tire said he saw a bubble on the tire of my rv. There was a small bump in the tire but he picked it out and told me about it. Next he was looking at my springs and shackles and told me my suspension was falling apart. It was all feeling like a rip off but we really wasn't sure. They sold us a kit for the suspension for $640. Then instead of one tire with a bubble, we now had one bubble and two shifted belts, caused by the bad suspension parts. Now we had to buy four tires to the tune of $1732.85. With labor we now had a bill of over $2700.00. Was this a scare tactic we don't know. After getting to our destination I looked up prices of what we just bought. The $640 suspension kit could be bought for $300. Called home to a local tire place and the $1732.85 tires could have been bought for $1479.80. Today I was checking the air pressure of the tires and noticed that two tires had the manufacture date on the outside and two had the dates inside. The two that were outside date 1517 while the two facing inside were 4815. Seems fishy doesn't it. read more

Go ELSEWHERE! Beaver Tire is located in the Shell station on the east side of I-15. On the positive side, they did point out that we had lost a nut on a suspension bolt that ultimately caused wear on a straddle plate. However, all they needed to do was replace the bolt and nut (which they did on a "temporary" basis). Instead, Yancey tried to convince us that the entire suspension on both sides needed to be replaced to the tune of $2500. I called in a claim to Good Sam ESP. They said they would send an inspector out, which might take a couple of days. That caused us to say at a RV park in Beaver. I had a bad feeling about this whole thing. Later that day, I contacted a few recommended folks in Beaver and ultimately found a fellow who spoke honestly with me. He actually came out to the KOA we were staying at and inspected the suspension. He said we were good to go without worry. We left the next morning. And he was right - we had no issues the rest of the trip. Do NOT have anything to do with Beaver Tire. They are scam artists. read more

We were traveling from Montana to California with our trailer when one of the tires blew. We were in the middle of nowhere with a heavy load and only 3 tires left. We were able to get the damaged one off and make it to the next closest town which was Beaver. After reviewing Yelp listings we decided to go with Beaver Tire. What a mistake. The other tires on the trailer were starting to separate. Obviously there was a manufactures defect with the tires we had on at the time as they were brand new with no damage, punctures, perfect tire pressure, and never over loaded. Beaver tire was told multiple time that we needed the old tires back so we could get them covered under warranty since they did not carry the same brand. They did not return the old tires to us and instead threw them away. We did not notice that the tires were not in the truck until we were already down the road aways. We tried calling multiple times to have them located and saved for us when we returned. When we finally got through on the phone they said that they would look for them and set them out for us. They were not there when we arrived and we were told that they had been thrown in the dumpster and they were long gone. The only true replacement options that Beaver Tire had for us was a trailer rated tire from Rubber Master for almost $200 each before mounting (I have yet to find any information on the company, which really worries me about their quality) and another set from Goodyear which they wanted over $300 each before mounting. These prices were over double what they should have been. They also tried to sell us a truck tire as a third option, which wasn't really an option since we needed trailer tires. Deciding to go to Beaver Tire was a huge mistake. They were nice, however they are really expensive, not very knowledgeable, did not listen to our request to return the old tires, and didn't really care that we were now unable to get our warranty covered. There are other tire shops in town that deserve your business instead. read more
