I think that Carlos is very educated with construction and/ or a genius about fixing things. Carlos explained why we had a leak in great detail thoroughly before he fixed the problem. We were not happy but there was not much we could do as he described himself as being an owner of the company. It is now 2022 and I reached out to PCK for repairs to an ongoing lifting laminate floor. Dan, the new project manager (apparently the company has switched hands) got back to me in a timely fashion and sent a crew out to repair what they could on job done over 3 years ago! Kudos to this company for standing behind their work!! You do not find that often. If you are considering a kitchen project, I would highly recommend!!
