Super friendly and they make my grass look beautiful! My only complaint is that sometimes their invoices never show up in the mail at the beginning of the season, but I think that may be a USPS issue and not a Beauty Lawn issue. Their staff is super helpful with this issue, however. They give military and police discounts as well as a referral discount. We switched to them from another company upon recommendation of a friend and could not be happier with the service! read more

In the beginning the service was excellent; last couple of months has not been good at all. Crab grass growing all over the yard and a big spot of my yard died. I have called twice and never received a return call. read more

I do not recommend them without prejudice. After double-checking the Ring camera, I reported that their attendant had not sprayed the entire lawn except the home perimeter. They did not agree to spray again and demanded payment. They even reported to the collection agency and credit report for a legitimate $100 dispute. Their service was good when we started 7 years back and deteriorated over the years. Has management or ownership changed? Big no to unethical business practices. read more

I decided to try this company last year. I paid in advance for the year Feb. or March of 2023. I did not like their service so I was not going to renew. I notified them on Jan. 4, 2024 that I would not be renewing and was told they treated my yard on the 3rd and owed for that. I don't know if they did or not. I informed them I agreed for a year and paid in advance for a year which I thought would be March to March. The person said the industry standard was till end of Dec. & they renewed me automatically. I had hired another co. for 2024. Reminded me of car dealers, when they used to put signs saying we are not responsible for any damage to your car while being serviced. Just because you say something does not make it so. They're saying we did not have permission to spray but we did, so you owe us because we want your money. read more

I should give it a zero. Beware of using this lawn company. They will spray and kill your plants and then keep you stringing along and tell you don't worry they will take care of everything. Later after all the dead items are unable to be tested they will tell you they never said anything. Beware. read more

Started out good for the 1st few visits but went down from there. On our 4th application they didn't even go into our backyard which was covered under our plan and treated previously. I called to complain and they said they would come back and redo it but never showed up. On our 5th visit the technician (seen on my camera) never even looked at or treated my lawn at all. Straight out of the truck and to the door with a bill and left. I called to speak to a manager and after two months of calls finally was able to reach a manager Mark and get that bill taken off and my services cancelled. Of course with no apologies or reasoning for this to happen. I definitely would not recommend read more

I've been using Beautylawn for several years. Started off fine. Unfortunately their quality of service has continued to drop. Not to mention the total lack of customer service. Just try to reach a live person in their office. When you do have a return call, it's all apologies. read more

This company has to have the worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. I called for them to respray my yard but was left a bill. I called to inquire about the bill and was told, I was not charged for the respray but "That's what happens when you don't pay your bill from last time!" I quickly responded that I paid my bill the day after I received it. I was told, "Well then you have to talk to customer service, I can't help you with that." I was then transferred to a voicemail. I tried to call back (3:45 in the afternoon, and no answer). The next day, I received a voicemail from "Customer Service". I was told via a voicemail that I had "unrealistic expectations for weed control." After listening to over a 2 minute voicemail about how awful of a customer I was (they have sprayed my yard a total of 2 times) and that they would place me on a "Do not sign up again" list, I called back. Again, I was sent to a voicemail. I left a message that I wanted to cancel my service not due to their weed control capabilities, but because Rude customer service does not keep customers. Stop trying to guess what you customers need and actually talk to them before you come to your own conclusions! Treat people with respect! read more

Poor quality service. Yesterday they've sprayed the perimeter of my yard (not my yard) with pre-emergent treatment. My next door neighbor uses another company for this yard and the difference is obvious. In fact after two years we still have a lot of weeds. read more

Called today to see when my next lawn treatment since I have noticed weeds in my grass. Was asked when is the last time my lawn was treated by the receptionist and I informed the person that I know it has been a while but was not exactly sure of the date. It seems like it was aggravating the person because I did not know the info. I was told that my last treatment was the beginning of April and that I was on a six week schedule. I was also told if I got weeds that I need to cut my grass well I have cut my grass at least 4 times since the last treatment. I prepaid for the year but after this experience I will not renew for next year. read more

I've used BeautyLawn for years at two different addresses. They always do a great job and have great customer service. Highly recommend!

I had difficulty with Lawn care companies because none of them wanted to call ahead--I have dogs and they don't like company. Beauty Lawn was willing to work with me on this..He ( Chris) called 15min out so I could unlock my gate. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. So far 5 star service... read more

I have had this company for a few years. I was impressed at first because they showed up at my door and stated that the employee that sprayed my lawn noticed some issues. The gentleman said that I was over watering my lawn, and said to cut back. He stated that the my breed of grass doesn't like a lot of water. I am a small business owner and I love it when I see a business take charge and tell me what needs to be done. They are supposed to be the experts and that's what I pay them for. I cut watering back and noticed that my grass started to thin out due to the Memphis summer heat. Now I have bald spots in my yard that wont grow back. I also started to noticed the following over the next two season. 1. Major bug problems. Everything from grubs, ants, and mosquito problems. 2.Moles just love grubs, and guess what they started to come into my yard. So I had to personally catch them. Now I don't have a mole problem anymore. 3. Major weed problems. At this point I emailed them and told them to cancel my service and KEEP the money for the rest of the year. I am basically paying them to stop work on my lawn so it doesn't get any worse. I stated in the email that I need someone to provide all the services that I found on their website to make my lawn as good as my neighbors. The very rude gentleman stated the following, ". If you want a company that is trying to sell you something that you don't need every other week, then you're a prime candidate for TruGreen!". I shouldn't have to call them to tell them that they are doing a crappy job. I shouldn't also have to schedule a time to meet them to show them my issues. I have my own clients to take care of, and my lawn isn't going anywhere. Did I also mention it took them over a week to respond to my email. I'm so glad that I am an important client. If I had a client that said keep the money for the rest of the year, I don't want you anymore. You better believe I would be out there asap, and assess the issue. Then come back and report my findings, and what I can do to keep the client. read more

Ever since starting with this company they have issues showing up on schedule with no calls last time they said they came they did not leave a notice and I did not know my bill was due I paid the bill late but they said since it was late I would have to prepay for all services from here out so I will never use them again customer service is lacking and they don't seem to care about the customers don't waste your time and find someone reliable and better service oriwntwd read more

They used to be good. My lawn has never had so many weeds. Called and thought they had rectified but I got heat stroke pulling weeds today. Will definitely consider a different company next year. read more

My wife "suggested" that I take a break from fertilizing our yard, after having been a DIY lawn guy for 30 years; we are BOTH really glad that we did. Our yard has never looked so good--and the company is very responsive to any issues that arise. Case in point: my backyard was covered with about three inches of leaves when the BeautyLawn technician put down winter fertilizer a couple of weeks ago (just prior to me removing the leaves). Since I thought much of the fertilizer was "lost" when I raked the leaves, I asked them to come and "re-treat" the yard; without hesitation the manager scheduled another treatment. I recommend these guys without hesitation. Fair price, great service, great results. Tim B. Germantown, TN read more

Their lawn service is marginal as I've had continued weed problems for the past two years. What's more frustrating is that an automatic payment was rejected by my bank do to a change in credit card info...because of that, I started receiving collection letters over a $58 balance that was 30days late. I paid the balance, cancelled my lawn service, yet still continue to receive collection letters...even after both Janet (Billing) and Josh (Manager) have acknowledged that my payment was received a month ago. I've asked to speak the owner (who I'm told is named Christy), but was told by Josh that she would not speak to me or any other customer. "I'm sorry, she's not going to speak to you" were his exact words. Sounds like a solid business strategy to me. My advice: stay away. read more
