Maria, the brazilian owner, is the best in the business. There is NO competition in Düsseldorf. Maria is fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish and German and - hold on to your socks - she gives me an appointment right away, every time I ring!!! This is UNHEARD of, anywhere else in the WHOLE of Germany. I am a very busy orthopaedic surgeon, so I don´t have time to make appointments months ahead... Maria sorts it for me pronto every time. I see that Nat D. had a not so fantastic ladies joint pedicure planned... I talked to Maria about that criticism. It seems that the booking may have been made over one of the less experienced portuguese-speaking employees, and the joint-thing may have got lost in translation... For serious hair (and I mean Brazilian!!) removal, great pedicures, and all your other beauty needs, book your treatments with Maria. I got the shellac nails, and it wasn't the best I've ever had, since I left with a few bumps and bubbles here and there, but overall the service was friendly. It was around 45 Euros which I found was incredibly expensive for a sub-par job. Maybe they're just better at regular mani pedis..
