Last, when you are not quite happy with the results and you mention it to them, they just tell you that your skin is too dry and they just move on i.e., ignore your expression of dissatisfaction. The massage was over by 17:25, and when I asked why the massage wasn't 30 minutes, they said it's to include administrative time like undressing/dressing and filling out information in the system. So I paid €20 for a 30 minute shoulder massage Groupon and really only got massaged for €15. It's not worth it as there are Asian massage places that'll give you an hour massage for €40! Also, the massage was more of a somewhat pressurized rub than an actual massage. Massages here are like a 1-2 star. Facials are about a 4 star. Old Review: I got a facial here that was really nice. The employee was very soft spoken and explained what she was doing with my face. She also told me what type of skin I had and informed me how to take care of it.
