A requested prescription was refused during a visit, yet the clinic contacted me days later stating the same medication was available (demonstrating Dr. Zimmerman's communication). In contrast, I have seen 2 other physicians at Columbia Skin Clinic and both have been exceptional. While the Columbia Skin Clinic as a whole has some outstanding practitioners, I cannot recommend Dr. Zimmerman.

I went to pick up my medication around 7pm on Friday evening (the pharmacy hours on the door state that it is open until 9pm), and when I arrived, the pharmacy was closed. The cashiers up front were absolutely clueless and offered no assistance. I asked when it would open the next morning, and they told me that they weren't sure if it would even be open, even though their hours clearly stated they would be. They showed no concern whatsoever that I would not be able to get medication that I desperately needed. I returned the next morning around 11am to find that it was closed again, despite their hours clearly stating that they were open until 6pm. I immediately called another Walgreens location, and thankfully they were able to retrieve my prescription and fill it. I would advise anyone to avoid this joke of a pharmacy at all costs. They obviously don't give a damn about their customers, and not to mention, the store is dirty and sketchy. I learned my lesson, and will be using a local pharmacy from now on.

I have previously gotten Botox in the masseter muscle and had great success with 10 units on each side. His recommendation was 50 units on each side. Why would I need to spend that much more money when I have successfully had relief with 5x less? The worst part to me was that upon check out, I was told I owed $215!!! There was zero upfront notice that there would be a consultation fee. I even asked on the phone before booking the appointment and was told there was no fee. This is incredibly unscrupulous and violates the SC No Surprise Billing Act. I have complained and asked to have this removed but no one ever responded. I did however get a bill in the mail.

He made me feel comfortable and at ease.
