Out of the four hairdressers open on the high street, I chose Lox 'cos the front looked snazzier than the others. I felt like I was left sitting there a lot. Sat there a long time when I arrived. Sat there a long time when they'd washed my hair. The lack of offer of a drink whilst they got themselves drinks didn't help. When I made it to the styling chair, the stylist was very friendly and styled my hair the way I wanted it and I felt more valued. So yes, the haircut was good which is, really, the important thing. But as for the whole experience, a little more care & attention to customers is required.

I have been to many hairdressers over the years and lox stands way out in front.
