It's such an up-beat and friendly atmosphere and always buzzing with interesting, good looking professionals. You're welcomed with the most friendly staff when you enter, and if you're aware of Hull, it's a rare thing! And within seconds someone is there to take your coat, and offer you a drink. It always appears busy with a range of customers, from men and women as wella s a range of ages. They are good value for money also. I like the friendly chatty atmosphere of the shop. I had a great hair cut by the male owner of the place several years ago - who is obviuosly well trained and has a good deal of experiecne. Unfortunaely I don't think I will be visiting again as the last two times I have been in have had less than adequate hairdresser - very young and obviously very inexperienced and was more intersted in looking at herself in the mirror than giving me a good hair cut and styling .

It is only small and the manicurist is the owner of the salon. They use Ezflow nail treatments which are really comfortable and lightweight unlike some acrylic nails! The manicurist is really nice and friendly and is very good at her job. She was able to advise on how to maintain the nails and put you at ease, especially as it was my first time at a nail salon. It wasnt too expensive with a complimentary toe polish thrown in. There were lots of designs to choose from, which had all been done by the manicurist herself and at reasonable prices. Starting at £22.50 for a full set of Ezflow acrylic nails and only a mere £5 for a file and polish! Fully recommend and i advise to book your appointment as the manicurist can get fully booked fairly quickly.

They don't answer the phone unless they feel like it, and don't even have an answering machine.. very professional. I rang every day until it got to the morning of my appointment when they finally answered. I explained my circumstances and they were nasty, rude and offhand with me- saying I hadn't given them 48 hours notice , despite the fact I had tried to contact them to no avail. It wasn't my fault they couldn't be bothered to answer the phone. They then said it was tough and that I'd lost my money and my pamper package because they cant make exceptions. They're ripping people off. All you have to do is take a look at their website to see they're tacky. I've contacted groupon and reported them. Save yourself time and money, dont use them!!

My friend more recently had her wedding dress made to order and the staff were fantastic and the dress was gorgeous and fitted her pefectly. Although the sizes on offer maybe limited, however i am sure that any request or challenge to customer make you a one off exclusive dress would be no problem at alli mean who needs to go to London to buy an exclusive!
