Everyone from the front desk to the Lady who waxed me were so friendly and professional. I forgot the name of the person who waxed me but her calm demeanour made me feel very comfortable. Its' very clean (gloves, new spatulas etc), and I liked that although I just got the regular Brazilian Wax (not sugaring) she used wax with cloth strips on the less sensitive parts and the gel like wax where you don't need strips on the more sensitive areas. As a first time customer you get a little welcome booklet with instructions how to avoid ingrown etc, and a tweezers too - nice touch. My only complaint (and why I cant give a 5 Star rating) is that the waxing in so expensive - this is not their fault as its this expensive all over but I paid CHF 75,- and then you should leave a little tip too so its pretty pricey for something to get done every 4 weeks.

I got french pedi here now twince with gel, good quality. If you wan't a quick in and out you better go somewhere, where you can make appointments. Took me almost 1 1/2h- 2h both times with waiting and everything. Nevertheless if you got time and are spontaneous it is a good address.
