Now before I go further I understand it was a 3.00 wash no high expectations. The lady was very quick with washing my hair and when she brought me to the chair she brought the brush down on my head that it hurt and gave me 3 strokes down my VERY LONG hair. I was sent out the door with tangles and as my hair dried it frizzed up and it felt like a residue was on my hair. When I called to cancel my appointments with Desiree this lady answered my call and I did not know it was her. When I was done talking she got a tone with me and told me my hair issue was because I left with a wet head. NOPE that is not the issue, because I never blow dry my hair and never have frizzy hair till midsummer when the heat index is so high. I did expect customer service at the least. I doubt she will tell Desiree what I called about and why I cancel my appointments
