Happy Friday! I purchased two items earlier today and needed to exchange the bonnet due to its size. It wasn't opened or used and remained in it's original package. I asked one of the owners, the wife, if it was okay to leave it at the counter while I grabbed a larger size and did not receive an answer. I asked again and she motioned towards the counter without actually answering. Fast forward to me grabbing a larger size, knowing I'd have to pay the difference. The other owner, the husband, opened the package and stated, "Oh, that is not returnable." I reviewed the bilateral, laminated lists of what is and isn't returnable, which is posted below the register on glass case. It seemed as if the item would be exchangeable. I share this to say, NOTHING PURCHASED AT BEAUTY AND WIGS IN COVINGTON SEEMS TO QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. RUDE customer service; Mr. Manager/Owner very rude. DEMANDED that we have on masks in store although there was only 1 other customer in the entire store. I explained that due to health reasons, I couldn't wear mask. He told us to leave in a very rude fashion...stated "I WILL NOT SERVE you and you have to leave the store" and all because I didn't have face mask on.
