Me and a friend had our hair cut here and it was absolutely awful!!! The owner Natalie, didn't listen to what we were saying and after us both saying we were trying to grow our layers out, she then proceeded to chop all our hair which we have been growing for years :( she didn't listen to a word we were saying and also was really pushy trying to force us into buying products. I really don't recommend anyone visiting this salon after posting about my awful cut on twitter numerous other people actually replied about a similar experience!! read more

Absolutely incredible service from the girls at the salon today! They were short staffed and could have easily cancelled my appointment to make their day easier. Instead they worked back to back , absolutely smashing it! Service was 10/10! I was provide with refreshments (topped up without even needing to ask). The atmosphere is lovely, relaxing and the interior is modern with all the latest products. I LOVE my salon appointments! I always feel utterly spoiled and totally pampered when I'm there. And I get so many compliments on my hair, more than I ever have in the past! Absolutely terrible service?! Went to go and have a standard trim and I have been left with choppy, uneven hair? Also, I felt a horrible vibe when I was in there, a lot of judgment and sly looks. I visited Beautifully Gorgeous for the first time Thursday and was very impressed. The Salon had a lovely feel. Every member of staff I spoke to or smiled at were engaging. I was early so I was offered a hot drink whilst waiting for my app. The lady who gave me my massage was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Myself and my daughter had our hair done on Saturday, lovely experience, they were so good with her and listened to her ideas. Zoë does my hair at Beautifully Gorgeous, colour ( multi colour, high and low lights with foils ) and cut. Zoë has taken my hair from short back and sides with a not too good condition to a completely new shoulder length style which my husband totally approves of.
