They always welcome you and specifically put your dog at rest before he is even taken through the the grooming palour, they make sure he is happy to leave me before he is taken. Unlike some grooming places that just take lead and go with dog. You can always see into the grooming parlour and see how the dogs are treated as they have a stable door and anybody walking into the shop can see the work in progress, nothing is hidden behind closed doors. You can see from just passing the front of the shop, you don't even have to go in. My dog is the most precious to me and I trust Dee and her staff 100% and I do not say that likely. I do not give my dog over to anybody lightly.
