From the moment I met her, she made me feel so comfortable and completely taken care of. I have seen her for Dysport and RF Microneedling (twice). She explains everything clearly, answers every question, gives you clear written after care instructions and you can just tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their results. What I appreciate most is how much she prioritizes safety. I've had to rebook appointments more than once, because I still had remnants of spray tan on my face and another time because of my tretinoin use. At the time it felt like a bummer, but it showed me how much she truly puts her patients first and will never cut corners. That level of integrity is rare and so appreciated. During my initial Botox appointment, I clearly stated that I did not want "Spock brows." Instead of acknowledging my concern, the nurse gave me a slightly sassy, dismissive response along the lines of, "Oh, I've been doing this long enough." That should have been my first red flag. At my follow‑up visit, I mentioned that both I and my mother (during a video call earlier that day) noticed the Spock brow effect. Rather than listening, the nurse pulled up before-and-after photos and insisted my brows looked "fine." I look at myself every day -- I know what I looked like, and it was not fine. Instead of addressing the issue, she then tried to upsell me on additional Botox to "even out" my crow's feet. I declined. When I later called to schedule another follow‑up to correct the Spock brows, I was told to send photos and that a nurse would call me back within 15 minutes. No one ever called. My subsequent calls were not returned, and now the phone number doesn't even accept my calls at all. To make matters worse, during both of my visits, an employee was on a personal phone call dealing with some kind of personal drama -- loudly enough that it was impossible to ignore. It added to the overall sense of unprofessionalism. Between the dismissive attitude, the lack of accountability, the upselling, the unreturned calls, and the unprofessional environment, I cannot recommend this place. I wish my experience had been different.

Now, I've had slight bruising before, which I assume isn't uncommon, but this looked like I'd been in a boxing match. And it took over 2 weeks to go away. I understand mistakes happen, but the part that was the most disappointing, is that when I reached out to the owner, she took no responsibility, didn't offer any compensation and basically blamed me for the results. I am not someone who typically complains, and I've never left a negative review for anyone, but I was so shocked by the terrible customer service and complete disregard for my situation, that I felt others should know.
