Upon walking into the store, your going to feel pretty claustrophobic, since this place is very small, and the little room it does have is occupied by plants, and chairs. Its nice to know your groomer is good tho, which is apparent since she has tons of awards hung on her wall. When I first walked in, I found the only employee on site was the owner herself, which personally i found refreshing. (I love when the owners themselves help me, since its their name on whatever their selling, they usually do the best) So whenever you stop buy, It will be the owner your talking too, and the owner grooming your dog. I found from talking to her, that she used to do grooming for popular dog shows and events; which explained how she knew so much. Its appointment only, but sometimes if you walk in she'll make space for you. She had my dog all ready within hours. Her prices are pretty affordable, and considering her past experience reasonable. I was very very happy wit how my dog ended up looking. (she even put cute pink bows on her! :D) This place is a a prime example on how you shouldn't ever judge a book on its cover; you'll never know if your missing out.!

Things come up. This morning for me was one of the mornings that needed mercy and understanding (not what I got) I received a phone call from the owner. She spoke to me as though I were a rebellious daughter, called me by my name ? Hatefully and TOLD ME I was suppose to be there at 9:30! I did hatefully speak back though (which wasn't nice) I was in my car 5 minutes away at 9:36 heading her direction My side that Nicole did not see is ... My daughter called me this morning, because she had a flat tire on the handicap accessible van and needed to borrow my SUV because my granddaughter HER daughter is in a wheelchair and she needed my SUV to transport her to the place she goes while her car was being repaired. It took the 6 mins I was late to give my daughter the vehicle she needed to take my granddaughter to her destination. It totally caught me off guard then when I went to pay I was charged a high dollar late fee. My bill for my Schnauzer and Rat Terrier was a $128.00. I have recently had much death in my life and this took me by surprise. They are good though, I will say that.
