We have received reports of basic work requests that have turned into very expensive problems, and it seems they are targeting single women and younger teens. We no longer would ever recommend this establishment. This is just heresay, as of now but so far we have heard several people saying the same thing, and it all seems to be happening only to our younger generation that doesn't know any better. We have a master mechanic now and will be referring elsewhere. We are not personal customers of theirs; however, if you have been advised to go there for service, just know if you've read this, you've been warned. Not saying this is the story for everyone; however, we strongly encourage everyone in Newburgh or Evansville to go elsewhere first.

I didn't even get to drive it two days and it didn't drive correct when we first got it back, but my son had to take it to work. However, she couldn't give me any kind of estimate for the price of a "diagnostics" (nor did she even try) & when I explained that I couldn't just bring my car in without having any idea of what the initial diagnosis may cost she simply hung up the phone on me. I was stunned by her rude attitude & callous way of doing business. I'm a senior citizen on a budget & I prefer to have at least a ball park figure in mind before I make a large purchase of any kind. Very rude first contact with this business that did not promote any kind of trust in this business.

The gentleman told me it would take 2 weeks before they could begin work. I didn't receive my vehicle back for almost 7 weeks. The panels on the front of my truck don't line up, which is relatively apparent. My driver's side window has deep scratches from the accident that were not addressed. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, I was informed that the windshield had not been installed. This took another two days. I have to be perfectly honest: I don't care how they put the parts back on.....the truck is not the same. I am going to take it to another shop for an evaluation of the work performed.

One would think that this should be a pretty basic simple thing that any auto repair shop could handle... maybe they just are not that skilled? Also a few months ago I brought my van here and they told me my transmission was going out and needed replaced... but then told me they wouldn't be able to get a replacement for 3-4 months(I'm now thinking maybe this 3-4 month wait was a lie too.) Because I brought my van to another shop and the other shop replaced my transmission in under a week! Needless to say I will never attempt to return to this place and have already been telling everyone I have ran into about how horrible this place is....
