Later, as I drove past, I saw the sign for 'Finish Line Delivery' in his back driver side window. He was aggressive, and he scared me. It wasn't until he saw me filming him, that he backed off. So this is 'Finish Line Delivery' an angry, aggressive man driving recklessly delivering your stuff. He should not be delivering anything, he shouldn't even be driving.
