Besides removing the bat, saving its life, identifying how it got in so that now bats in our house will only be on tv, Mitch was very helpful and reassuring. Mitch is very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, offered very useful advice and helped us better understand where we and the bats fit in our ecosystem. Besides all of that he is a person who is easy and fun to spend time with. We will probably have to let in a few more bats or maybe some river otters just to be able to visit with him.
