We called on a Friday in the late afternoon and in 2 hours Riley was there and couldn't have been more pleasant or competent. He came up with a temporary fix that allowed us to turn the water back on until we could have ductwork removed to give him access to repair it permanently. He tested the area with air, so he wouldn't risk water leaking. He went through the whole house to make sure there weren't any other leaks and even checked the water meter to make sure water wasn't leaking where it couldn't be seen or heard. He was there for just under an hour. They are very fairly priced, although we weren't in a negotiating position. That's extremely unusual for the Hamptons. I recommend them without reservation!

But then again, her no college skillset couldn't get her much more than a $50k a year office desk job. ANYONE LOOKING INTO HARTS COVE, BUYER BEWARE, management is a total nightmare to deal with. The property manager Nicholas Boscia is literally never at work, and the most incompetent "manager" we've ever dealt with (Kristen being second).
