A clerk pointed me to their local chocolates and candies section, and I was able to get some bourbon balls and modjeskas -- dark chocolate modjeskas, in fact, a first for me. And during my short trip, I noticed several local brands represented, as well as great options for pre-made meals. I feel like Paul's would also be fun to shop at for a party. You could find lots of dips and other party foods to show off. A few years ago I also ordered some fruit baskets here for my kid's teachers. After that text time had elapsed, I called to cancel the order. We did not want the food anymore. I just wanted a refund. I was refused (customer svc: Pride?). I was told I could not cancel and that I could not get a refund. I asked to speak to a manager (Daylin?). Same thing. No refund. No cancel. Nothing he could do. He said that he would escalate the issue to my local office. I asked for that number/email to follow up in case they didn't get back to me. I was refused this info and told to just call the same number back. The food arrived two hours after ordering. The pasta was soggy and gross. It went into the garbage. Well... no contact. So I called back the next night. I spoke to a girl (Kim?) that was really helpful and understanding. She said I should have gotten a refund that night. Unfortunately since it was the next night she could not do it but would get her manager. Daylin came back on. Was somewhat nicer this time and said he would escalate (again). This time he did give me this email address. No contact again. No surprise either. It is absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced for something like this. There are a lot of Delivery options available. The fact that I couldn't cancel my order or get a refund for food that was late and bad is inexcusable. Especially in a new and competitive market. I'm wondering if this is even a valid email. I will continue to try to make contact just on principle. And I will be spreading the word on this service to every venue that I can.

We have nothing to show for it. After noticing that it had been a really really long time we went to call takeout taxi and they are now closed. They close at ten and we put our order in at 9:10. It is now 11:10. We called to the restaurant ( ramsies) to see if the food was picked up only to find out there have been no takeout orders in the past few hours put in. Not only does this company have our info but we are so angry. We had to call the restaurant and order our food again and Pay for it again and go and pick it up hours later! This is bad service and faulty. Never ever again! Take note and just drive there yourselves. There is nothing worse than and lie regarding food.
