I got scammed by Tony & reeled in with the sample of 1 eye application which looked great! I bought a Livelier Bio-Syringe August 15, 2018 for the discounted price $150 + tax = $163.31. When I got home, I only got about 3 uses from it and then it was empty! I realized afterwards & was in disbelief the box was opened (not plastic wrapped) and most of the product had already been used up. So dishonest--do better! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS! This place is a scam talked me into buying eye cream. They tried some on me. It seemed real. Got the product home not the same. The tube almost empty got 2 uses out of it and when I opened up the tube totally empty inside. Also not the same product they sampled on me. They switched the package when I went to their back room. I purchased the under eye cream and received the free facial that went along with the purchase. I am unhappy for two reasons. 1. The individual who gave me the facial used hard sell, guilt trip tactics to try to get me to buy their $6,000.00 skin care line. When I said no, he told me he had been ready to go home for the day but stayed just for me, and that he'd let me purchase it for only $3,000.00 if I referred other people to him. I again said no, and he offered me a damaged box for only $1100.00 - when I declined he got visibly agitated and left for the day. I came out to an empty salon and saw myself out. 2. The eye product I brought home is not the same product that was used on my eye area in the salon. It is a different color, smells different, does not have the same firming effect, and leaves a crusty residue all around my eyes. I am disgusted by the unprofessional sales tactics and the low quality of the product I was sold. read more

This place has some quality skin products, face cream, eye treatments, body lotion, soaps etc. if you really want to take care of your skin- check this place out. You can also get samples and you can see and feel the difference for yourself. . With Breckinridge being so high and also dry, these products are next level. They are worth every penny! Also, the young men there are very kind and offer excellent customer service. Daniel has helped me the past two ski seasons and I always ask for him. He is very helpful, kind, professional. Too good to be true right? They apply the cream under the eye and above if needed. At first it looked like the cream worked but it burned a little and felt weird. They put some on my husband as well. As we walked down the street his face was getting more and more irritated and you could see a different color, crusty cream all around his eyes. It looked awful. He had to wash it off. I had to wash it off too because it felt so bad. After I washed it off the skin was red and bumpy and it looked worse than before. I would never buy this product! read more

I was visiting my daughter in Breckinridge and was walking around and Russo stopped me on the sidewalk and had me come inside to try his anti-aging eye cream. My daughter watched as he applied the cream and admitted that yes, it did make a difference; however she also read the ingredients. It did have TITANIUM DIOXIDE in the cream. I am highly allergic to TD. Russo informed me that there was not enough in the entire tube to harm me. He told me to try the product, offered me a free facial when I returned to CO and informed me if I could not use the product, to call him and I would get a full refund. That was on 5/22/23. Upon my return to AZ, I have tried the cream every other night since and my eyes continue to swell more and more each morning! I called Russo today as I felt I had tried the product long enough....Russo tells me...No full refund - only exchanges. $435.48....down the drain for a product I cant use. WARNING!!! These guys are scam artists. They want to sell you their magic serum that will make those dark circles under your eyes disappear but it's all a lie. They say it's worth $400 but actually you can find it online for around $40. They say you only need to use it once a week but right on the tube it says "use daily". (That's how it lasts for "A year and a half.") The immediate effect is that your eye rings disappear, but it only lasts about one hour. And he says he'll give you a great deal on a damaged box, "If you keep it a secret between the two of us" then pulls out a new box because "he really likes you". It's all really hilarious to watch them work their thievery, but don't fall for it! If you want to look younger for one hour, go onto Amazon.com and pay a more reasonable price for it! read more
