He brought our vision to life from about 100 ideas and concepts, and designed it into our dream home, which ultimately won the Fort Lauderdale 2016 Community Appearance Award for Property of the Year in urban design. He also helped us find builders and other needed contractors that would work well with us and our particular goals. He listens, discusses, challenges where necessary, and designs the project to come to life. Since my wife and I had no experience in taking on such an endeavor as a custom home, Bob took us under his watch throughout construction as well. An added plus is that he's overall a great guy to talk to, as well as get down to business with when the time comes. His office is very responsive and professional, and there were never any issues with billing or confusion on deadlines. Bob is a very talented architect and we could not have been happier with him!
