First of all, the super lame and intentionally confusing thing BD&J is doing here, on Yelp, is they have a bunch of other accounts, and on their website they go out of their way to completely avoid mentioning the existence of Yelp. One of the first things the Case Manager did, was push me over and over to write a positive review, at the time, over 3 years ago, I gave them I recall 4 stars. My accident was in November of 2022 - literally just about 4 years ago now. BD&J actually still never sent me to a Balance and Falls Specialist for Physical Therapy (also called "Vestibular"). Over a year ago, the lawyer claimed I was mentally incompetent to engage in negotations of my AAA Triple A settlement- of $100,000 - despite the fact that they were specifically questioned and hired only to sue- not the owner of the car- or the insurance company- BD&J was hired to sue for ASSETS- specifically, the $800,000+ house. I had consulted Stanford Law School and UCSF Law School graduates and professors, who told me to get the $100,000 from AAA, I didn't need a lawyer at all. I just had to wait, 2 full years. I was also specifically advised by Habbas Law in particular, that what BD&J has done, forcing AAA to Settle, against my demands to go to court, is in fact a crime. So BD&J are criminals. Oh so again when I was supposed to negotiate with Michael Madadi, I think that's his name, anyways I got my friend Pam, who works for the federal government investigating fraud, Michael hung up on her, and then did nothing for a really long time- then started sending me letters threatening to sue me for a ton of money, over $45,000. BD&J didn't do a single thing they were hired to do, then they stole my AAA settlement check. I still have daily migraines, I am unemployed, and my landlord is threatening to evict me. I was in Chiropractic College at the time of the accident, and I owe $150,000 on my defaulted govt student loan. I drove 300 miles to LA recently to argue with BD&J. Marisol gave me her card, and a settlement offer letter, which for one thing claims the Psychologist they had me talk on the phone with 6 times for depression, charged me $1500 per hour. The Chiropractor they sent me to that never adjusted my neck- and doesn't even know how- charged over $3500. The MRI's I didn't need or want, and only purpose was to provide evidence IN COURT WHILE SUING FOR OVER $1 MILLION - charged me $17,000 and took it out of my AAA $100K that BD&J isn't even supposed to have access to. Also note, when I signed the original contract with BD&J in December 2022- I couldn't see, read, or think. Making the contract itself illegal, which is why everything they did to me from Day one is illegal in States like New York. It's odd to me how many Injury lawyers advertise everywhere, and how the California Bar Association covered up and ignored my efforts to get help there. I was so desperate in January of this year to get help from someone, to go with me to LA to negotiate for me and get all the money I know I deserve back from being held hostage by BD&J, I tried to hire my Uncle in Lodi, I tried to hire my Chiropractic College professor Cedric Stewart, DC, & I tried to hire a Sotheby's Realtor I met in Oakland, figuring Anna May's negotiation savvy might even beat my before mentioned CIA administrator friend Pam- who BD&J wasted the time of and rudely hung up on. I was so frustrated and desperate I pissed off Anna May, and in fact I went to County Jail and was charged with Stalking and Threatening Anna May. The Letter from BD&J and AAA, about my $100,000 check being stolen by BD&J- is on the top of the evidence filed against me by the DA. Marisol asked what I wanted. I want my Brain Injury to be healed. I want to not be homeless. I want to not need a Psychiatrist, a Neurologist, and as many acupuncture appointments I can afford. I wrote a letter to my landlord, Adams, Adams, and Morris in Castro Valley. I gave my landlord a copy of the lame Letter Marisol gave me June 30th, offering me a whoop dee doo $40,000. I also sent a copy to my Public Defender lawyer Joseph Goldstein Breyer, asking why BD&J isn't in Jail, how do lawyers get away with this? Today I showed my BD&J ripoff letter to my Psychiatrist, who was shocked. My County Food Stamp interview led to the agent crying. My letter to my landlord said right now what I am demanding from BD&J - who lied to me to get me to sign the contract, refused to take the case to court, after claiming my case was "worth too much money", and hanging up on Pam from the CIA, and my credit score dropping from 700 to ZERO, my spending 3 MONTHS IN JAIL FOR TRYING TO GET HELP FIGHTING BD&J, so yeah no, $40,000 for doing nothing but the wrong things, stealing my AAA settlement, does not get you a 5 star review from me. I came up with the idea of asking for one of 2 things. Option A- Give me $80,000. Now. Option B) Give me $3,000 a month for 3 full years, which is $108,000 total. read more
