They have three different patties but I went with the good ole classic beef burger. You get 5 free toppings (fresh or grilled) so I went with lettuce, a sweet onion compote which was fantastic, and zucchini. They also have a few sauces to choose from and I went with one of their house sauces and it was also pretty good. The fries were heavenly. All I needed was a milkshake to complete my meal but all in all this place is a must. There aren't a whole lot of make your own burger places in Bordeaux so it was nice to be able to choose what went in my burger. Will be eating here more often now that I tried it.

It is really small inside on the first floor but they have seating on the second floor. They play really good music which can always add or take away from the food for us. The owners are really good guys and make everyone feel welcome. The burgers are made with quality ingredients. Ordering is styled after 5 Guys in the states. I like to get pesto on my burger and this was the first place I had it and it blew my mind, super good. Meat is fresh, veggies are fresh and the bun is decent. The place is still pretty new (they opened in January 2013) so they are still improving and getting better every time. Wait time can be a bit long sometimes as they are often training new staff. It is a bit pricey and could be a little cheaper because of the burger size. It's about 12-15 euro if you get fries and a drink. A good burger spot in the center of Bordeaux and a guaranteed good meal.
