I called them to replace my flat tire, I get a call from them, when I go to my car, the guy shows me a broken tool and says he broke the tool trying to open the wheel and now they have to tow the car for an additional $120. He charged me $89.90 for coming over, showing me a broken tool and leave. I checked the wheel, there was no fresh sign of anyone touching it. How can someone try to open the wheel, without even getting the spare ready, putting a Jack under the car. I think these guys are conning people under the pretext of roadside service, when towing which is their primary business and conn people for towing. read more
