Buffalo brussels were also good, and the dill potatoe salad didn't disappoint. The brisket and pulled pork both had excellent flavor with some great char. But both were on the dry side. Nothing a little bbq sauce couldn't resolve. I'd definitely stop by and give their other sides and other cuts a try. Maybe we'll even try dessert next time!
