She told me my hair was just too fragile and thin (kinda figured...but needed to hear it from a pro). She showed me a few alternatives that she had and my piece with perfect colour, shape and beautiful european 100%human hair was waiting for me. I was crying i was so happy i finally look normal, beautiful, natural. Looks and feels natural. Thank you Margaret! I love it!

It is far too big for my head and the wig quality itself is just atrocious, very bulky and heavy. It also does not seem to be the same quality hair that I chose...it's much coarser and the colour is all wrong. When I called Margaret, the owner of Confident Hair, about my complete dissatisfaction with her product, she was completely unwilling to take it back and refund my money. Do not buy your wigs at Confident Hair... the products are substandard and there is a total lack of customer service. For the best quality wigs in Toronto, and the friendliest service, go to Confidential Hair on Avenue Road (the names are similar so don't confuse the two places!)

Do not visit the nail salon. I would happily give them zero stars if I could. The lady at the front…read moredesk whose name I believe is Brenda is the worst person I have ever been provided a service by. I came on a Friday to get a pedicure with shellac, I was charged $55 and paid in cash. Half of my pedicure peeled off in the next few hours. I came back the next day to get it redone and asked to pay the difference to have acrylic toes done instead as I was extremely disappointed with the shellac. Instead of understanding my frustration and trying to resolve the issue the lady at the front desk started getting extremely frustrated and told me it would be an additional $100. I explained to her that instead of getting the shellac pedicure redone I just wanted to pay the difference for the acrylics and she kept using a rude tone of voice so much so that I had to ask her to keep her composure. She was grunting and rolling her eyes constantly. She was extremely distasteful and should not be working at any establishment ever. She told me someone would be coming to do the acrylics for me using the rudest customer service tone I have ever heard. Sammy who ended up doing my toes was amazing! She was friendly and we had a great conversation. When I was leaving I was to pay the $20 difference and I paid with card. My total showed up at $22.60 on the machine but when I left I noticed a surcharge of 54 cents that was charged and Brenda at the front desk had not notified me that I would need to pay a surcharge for using a credit card. A credit card surcharge which a customer is not notified of is illegal in Canada. The website also shows that an acrylic pedicure is $50+ yet I was told it would be $80. I understand length and shellac are all surcharges but the jump from $50 to $80 makes zero sense. The prices are misleading. Once again, the lady at the front desk is awful. Do not go to this salon if you want good service. The nail ladies working there are all kind and polite except for the extremely rude lady Brenda at the front desk. Do not recommend. Edit: after posting this review the salon has blocked me on their instagram out of fear that customers will see my 100% honest review. Please note that my review is honest and truthful and do not waste your time and money at this establishment. I would like to see Brenda let go as she is ruining what could otherwise be a good business.

If you come here, you do not have to worry about who will be doing your nails. Just know that it will turn out great. I spoke to the owner (Lena) and she confirmed that she personally screens each of her nail ladies and tests them on their ability. This truly shows! I always come here for my shellac manicures, and it always turns out fab every time!

So I've been going to Khameleon since I was 14. I have issues with letting people cut my hair so…read morewhen I find a place I like I stay there.. what can I say I'm really loyal. Anyways Khameleon has a whole Egyptian feel going on with it's large murals and decor. I personally like this just because it's different than all the salons I've been to- I'll let anyone blow dry my hair but when it comes to cutting I ONLY go here. All their stylists have been doing hair for a long time and their experience is evident. I've had everything done here from cut to color to highlights. I must say when I was blonde everyone used to compliment me on the blondes in my hair..for those of you who get highlights you know how important this is! Another thing which I think is essential is that when you go in there with an idea of what you want to have done to your hair they can make it happen. I've never had an experience where they didn't listen to what I wanted to do. I've been to some places where they see my long hair and the stylist want's to do all these crazy things with it.. but not here. So if you're picky about where you get your hair cut I'm telling you to try Khameleon because you won't be disappointed. You'll also love the products they use which is available to buy too so your hair can look great all the time! Ever since I moved down to the city 6 years ago I've been taking the 30-45min drive just to get my hair done at Khameleon- and this seems crazy when I have 4 different salons right outside of my condo within 30 second walking distance. If you want to know who my stylist is just send me a message and I'll give you all the details!

I bought the Aroma Zen Ultrasonic Diffuser which comes with two free blends Citrus Dream + Unwind Harmonizing. The diffuser at Saje has a life time warranty. Which I find is pretty amazing. So, if my diffuser stops working I can take it back with or without a receipt and get a replacement of equal value or pay the extra to get something that is more expensive. Staff: 5/5 very helpful and assisted us the entire time. Store: 5/5 clean and had disinfectant at the entrance, smells amazing. FYI: please don't quote me on the warranty *Thank you* please ask about the warranty for the diffusers. : P

I mean, they are usually amazing at every Saje, but I tend to return to this location for the fact that I'm very comfortable with the staff. I usually don't like being approached by staff, but here, I'm super comfortable. On many occasions, the staff have helped me find the best solutions for me or as gifts for my friends. They help me figure out the best deal and not once have I felt pressured to but anything extra or be up sold. They've made recommendations based on what I've been getting, but once I let them know I don't think I'm interested, they don't push the subject at all. They just help me with what I've already selected. I learn a lot from these teams here and even when they sold out of the Safe Hands lotion, they helped me figure out ways to DIY the lotion for the same effects. It was so sweet of them. I'm a huge Saje fan now and I do think the products I've picked up have helped me with anxiety and just being more mindful of how I'm feeling. Peppermint Halo, by the way, works. I don't use it for headaches much but I use it when I have a sore or stiff neck (office worker problems). It 100% relieves my tension and helps with any building migraines. Thanks team!

Once I got in the chair, it seemed like she didn't know how to cut hair. She just touched it and examined the strands of hair piece by piece. It was very strange - it seemed like Gosaha had never seen hair before in her life. She took forever to get started and forever to finish the trim and I thought thank God I can get the F out of here but no...she had the nerve to walk away without saying a word with my damp hair starting to air-dry into a friz. I assumed she was going to get product but she started another customer. At this point it was nearly two hours and and I had to take a piss and get my day going. I almost wish I would have ripped the bib off and left but I sat there like a fool waiting. My day was wasted and the cut was nothing good. I could have gotten the same at the ten dollar dump and still had my Saturday to enjoy. Do not go the Aura or to Hosha, this place is a sham.
