He knows his stuff and perhaps he is the most knowledgeable that I have met especially with personal injury. I am able to walk without excruciating pain now. I did a ton of research and found Family Tree Chiropractic was a top rated provider by my insurance carrier and was recommended by my Nashville Chiropractor after they researched them as well. The care at Family Tree Chiropractic is second to none. I have previously injured my spine and it causes a lot of numbness/pins & needle feeling in my arms and hands. I had the consultation with Dr. Jen and was promised that that would be the treatment used. Loved the office help and Dr, Jen. Then I was asked if I would go to fill in chiropractor who would for sure use the activator. However on October 12th a Tiffany, even after I reminded her Dr. Jen used the activator, treated me with the roughest treatment I have ever had cracking my neck twice, and gave a rough adjustment all over. I was too shocked to talk. I went back to Dr. Jen who seemed amazed when I told he. It had started hurting badly in my neck and down my arm. I don't think she believed me. She suggested PT. My arm hurt so bad and nothing helped me so I insisted on a MRI which showed a ruptured disk between C6 and C7. I had disc replacement and fusion last January. It took me 6 months to use my arm regularly again. Slept in a recliner for months. I never heard again from Family Tree Chiropractor Clinic see if I was to see if I was OK.
