The space itself is very intimate, you will never have more than one other person in while you are doing therapy -which I love, both for covid reasons and just for the personal attention. The owner, Yolanda, is amazing!! Truly caring and very knowledgeable. She can put her hands on my back and tell me where my pain is w/o my even explaining...and she's always spot on! The main therapist that works w Yolanda is Judy, and she is so professional and unbelievably versed in every aspect of PT. Her knowledge is expensive !!! For someone who has gone many, many times I didn't think I would learn anything knew, but Judy has certainly opened my eyes. My experience was terrific and my neurosurgeon tells me that my recovery was one of the fastest he's seen in some time. Sean, Ken, Len, Brian and Rita are the folks I worked with and I credit each of them with my speedy progress. Thorough & professional, but friendly, fun, and very human. They also had great hours to fit my work schedule. I would recommend this facility to anyone having to go through physical therapy.

Yeh in colors. And scrubs coats that are bright. Get a decorator. Honestly I wanted to cry. I was so glad I am not due back to next week. And probably 4 hr. max this next month to get to finish line. TG. I didn't want to put my bare foot down on ugly rug. It looked so bad. This is not acceptable. Get Lowe's in. You are a non profit so take some of that money and do a do over. Steve was amazing and helped build a great program for me to come back from ACL/Meniscus surgery. Unfortunately, when I went back to work I had a scheduling conflict and changed to a different group. What a mistake!! I ended up needing a second surgery on my knee because they didn't rehab it correctly. A few years later I needed spinal surgery and Blue Hill had opened another location closer to my home. Christine was my therapist and built a great program to get my strength and mobility back. We knew I would be having a second surgery later that year so of course I went back to Christine! Again she followed the plan they work from, continue to move forward adding new exercises and/or additional weight, always checking in to make sure my form was correct and we weren't going to fast. I had another surgery and right back to Christine!! I just had my fourth spinal surgery. This one was much more complicated. Of course I called Blue Hill but Christine had moved to another location sadly, too far away. But I knew their program and how they approach rehab worked so I scheduled with Brittney. She is amazing!!! Extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the movements, muscles being worked and she encourages me when I feel I'm not doing well enough. We discuss my progress and hone in on the areas that need more work. She finds the perfect exercises to increase my strength and build my stamina. i couldn't be happier with my progress!!!! I can hike, climb stairs, cook meals and play with my grandchildren even running a bit!! Not bad after thinking I would never be able to do these things again!!

I started in severe pain, and I had a lot of fear and a little hopelessness about whether the pain could be healed. Adam met me with so much expertise and compassion, working with both my body and my fear in a steady professional highly effective way. The treatment he offered (traction) and the PT exercises he recommended were all spot on, and as I improved, he shifted the exercises and treatment accordingly--all to GREAT AVAIL. I cannot recommend him highly enough as a physical therapist. Also, the Belmont treatment center is clean, spacious, light-filled and stocked with all the necessary PT props and machines.
