She was stranded because they shut down the electricity giving patrons only 5 minutes warning. If a person can't even have empathy on the disable and elderly what makes you think that SHE will care one bit about the residents I got an email about my cat who happens to be my emotional support animal. We register her and NOW she says she has no record of it? Mind you there are dogs barking all day and pussing all over the place. This is clearly retaliation and I plan to report them to the state for all the OSHA violations.

Cesar consistently delivers unbelievable customer service. Anytime we had an issue in our unit, his communication has been clear, and he worked around our availability and most importantly solved our maintenance issues properly. From fixing multiple clogs to replacing light fixtures, and additional maintenance needs washer/dryer, kitchen/dishwasher, he's on top of it! Cesar takes great pride in his work, follows through, and makes sure things are done right the first time. Cesar has made living here a much better experience, and he's a true asset to The Vue. Maintenance like this is hard to come by, and we're very grateful for everything he does. Highly recommended and very well deserved recognition!

The cabinets are also outdated and scratched up it's definitely time for an update or a fresh coat of paint. The neighborhood and layouts are great, but the units could really use a facelift, including newer appliances, since the current ones will eventually fail. That said, the property manager Evan was excellent and did a great job keeping the community informed about updates and organizing events.

We took her at her word and did exactly that. It has now been almost two months and we have still not received our refund. I have the screenshots of my conversation with Andi that clearly show what was promised, and they speak for themselves. Her communication has been neither authentic nor in line with basic integrity. To anyone considering applying here: do not take Andi's word that they will refund you. Get everything in writing through official channels and think twice before handing over your money.

****LONG HONEST REVIEW **** I wish I could give no stars…read morehonestly ! I moved into thrive on 7th November 2023 , and I thought it was the perfect move, brand new build brand new apartment, I was the 1st to live in it. Well a few months into residing there I was hit with all these double extra fees of water, hot water, gas, and mind you I was also paying a bill with the gas company and LADWP. Come to find out they charge there own fees as well, yet they don't mention any of this to you prior to you moving in nor once you're in. I inquired about it and it took months to get it rectified. Portia the manager isn't well with communication at all nor getting back to you in a timely manner. It was almost a year later and I had to end up paying over a thousand dollars in fees , it was ridiculous. Then each month after that and the bad part I never got not 1 bill from them physically I'd just see the portal every month with the double charges for everything. I even asked was it because I had 2 bathrooms ? No answer. Here it is I have moved out of the complex and waiting on security deposit refund and now I'm getting hit with a charge back as they're calling it from LADWP for over 200 dollars!!! I call LADWP regarding it and they tell me there's no such thing that they would charge the owner for an unpaid bill of a tenant, they charge it to the tenant, yet thrive on 7th is deducting from my security deposit! I even transferred my LADWP service to new location so if anything it will follow me to new location they will NOT charge it to landlord or owner, they're just trying to keep deposit !!! I barely moved on march 1, 2025, so a bill wouldn't even be ready just yet anyways.... oh and did I mention that the elevator was broken and we had to move everything without it OMG it was terrible. N management didn't bother to even offer to allow an extra day ot 2 or anything due to elevator breaking again after just getting it in order from being out of service a few days prior. Also the dog friendly community doesn't clean up after their fur friends, they poop in the elevator they poop in the lobby area and it takes days to clean up. It's really ridiculous !!! Intercom breaks often and days to repair. Homeless sleeps in front of lobby door and you're unable to get out or in . We were trying to leave one day and a homeless man was laid out across the door and he assaulted my daughter, we called police and they were looking for cameras and found none and said a nice building like this has no cameras that's not good, I was destined to move out after this happened to my daughter .... assigned parking isn't allowed for all tenants and they charge extra fee for that if you're lucky enough to get offered assigned parking!!! . Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to live !

ROACH INFESTEEEDDDDDDDD. poor management, they will give u notice for any little thing if they are…read moretargeting you. the whole building is ROACH INFESTED. pest control stated my house was very clean the first time they came. after the first time, there was even more and more roaches. they come through the cracks in the cupboards, they come from the cracks underneath the counters, they come out of your drains, out of the stove. they are crawling on the ceiling. when I say infested, I mean INFESTED. all the management will do is schedule pest control, stating that it's a 'mandatory' pest control appointment, meaning it is the tenants fault. they gave me a notice stating that I am keeping inhabitable living conditions when they know it's their fault to begin with. I will never rent from Samoan seas or hunt enterprises EVER AGAIN. this was the most stressful, most disgusting, most traumatic experience I've ever had at any place of living. although the price is okay, it will never make up for the turmoil you will go through. PLEASE DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF.
